We are experiencing very high call volumes related to a notification that was previously sent to Medicare trading partners. If you are calling regarding the notification for the Medicare EDI Gateway transition to Business Connect, we would like to clarify this transition only impacts the following Jurisdictions: MAC J5, MAC J8, and MAC J5 National Medicare EDI Gateway Users. This does not affect DDE nor any other non-WPS MAC jurisdictions.
