Many physicians rely on Citrix to access Epic when charting from home or even in the hospital. The screen no longer looks hazy and text is crystal clear on Epic with the recent update from Citrix.

Instructions

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below --
1.) Launch Studio and navigate to Policies node
2.) Click 'Create Policy' to bring up the Policy dialog box
3.) Search for 'Automatic keyboard display'
4.) Click 'Select' and then click 'Allowed' to enable this policy
5.) Click OK to continue and complete the creation of policy
